Male William Carraway

William was born in 1688 in Virginia, United States.1   William's father was John Carraway and his mother was Ann Kemp.  His paternal grandparents were John Carraway and Ann Foster; his maternal grandfather was George Kemp and his maternal grandmother is Mary Lovett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Richard, James, Thomas, Mary, Ann, Elizabeth, Elizabeth Ann and Dinah.  He was the eighth oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 73 in 1761 in Craven Co. NC.1
