Amy was born in 1809 in Milton Next Sittingbourne, Kent, England.  Amy's father was Edward ELLICE and her mother was Ann. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Daniel, George, James Saxby, John, Elizabeth, Ann Maria and Amy Friday.  She was the second youngest of the eight children.  She died in 1809 in Milton Next Sittingbourne, Kent, England.
