James DENCE

James was born in 1813 in Lynsted, Kent, England. James' father was John DENCE and his mother was Martha BONNY. His paternal grandparents were John DENCE and Mary COSBY; his maternal grandparents were Alexander BONNY and Susannah BOREMAN. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named John, Edward, Robert, George Cosby, Alexander, Francis, James Morrison, Maryanne, Elizabeth Susannah, Ellen, Ann, Susanna and Jane.
