Elizabeth Susannah DENCE

Elizabeth Susannah was born in 1816 in Lynsted, Kent, England. Elizabeth Susannah's father was John DENCE and her mother was Martha BONNY. Her paternal grandparents were John DENCE and Mary COSBY; her maternal grandparents were Alexander BONNY and Susannah BOREMAN. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named James, John, Edward, Robert, George Cosby, Alexander, Francis, James Morrison, Maryanne, Ellen, Ann, Susanna and Jane. She was the fourth oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 74 in 1890 in Faversham District.

  I have noticed your information on Ancestry regarding your great aunt Elizabeth who had a son with the second name of Tuddenham, I believe that Elizabeth and Kezia were friends at the time as female servants and when Elizabeth gave birth decided she liked the name of Tuddenham and named him after her friend Kezia, Kezia of course did give birth to a daughter Constance on board ship 1860 ,Kezia died 21 May 1909 and Constance died 27 November 1939 both died in Australia
