Mary Robertson

Mary was born in 1835 in Newton-on-Ayr.¹ Mary's father was George Robertson and her mother was Martha McGloughlane. Her paternal grandparents were William Robertson and Elspeth Thomson. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named John, William, Margaret, Martha, Agnes, Euphemia, Jane, Charlotte and Catherine. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
