Thomas McBarron

Thomas was born in December 1896 in South Shields.¹

Thomas' father was William McBarron and his mother was Annie Robertson. His maternal grandparents were David Robertson and Mary Eaglesome Smith Frew. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Alexander, Patrick, William, Annie and Mary. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died as a war casualty at the age of 19 on July 2nd, 1916 in Iraq. He was buried in Iraq.²³
