Rachael Janet Lilburn

Rachael was born on December 29th, 1875 in Bowden, SA and her baptism took place in Christ Church, Hawthorn, Victoria.¹ Rachael's father was Peter Paterson Lilburn and her mother was Amy Turner. Her maternal grandparents were John Browning Turner and Jane Atkins. She had six brothers and two sisters, named David, Peter , George, Herbert, Thomas, Alfred, Amy and Adelaide. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 72 on February 12th, 1948 in Claremont, W.A.. Her burial was in Karrakatta Cemetery, W.A..¹¹
