John TEFFT 
John was born on May 18th, 1767 in Richmond, Wash, RI. John's father was William TEFFT and his mother was Mary KENYON. His paternal grandparents were Joseph TEFFT and Esther BROWNELL; his maternal grandparents were David KENYON and Mary SANFORD. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Hezekiah, Pardon, David, William, James, Joseph, Pardon, Thankful, Mary and Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 91 on April 22nd, 1859 in Lake City, Wabasha, Minn., Lake Pepin. He was buried in April 1859.-
