Moses Greer 
Moses was born on May 8th, 1820 in STAUNTON, VA, Franklin. Moses' father was EZEKIEL (SR) Greer and his mother was Jemima Saunders. His paternal grandparents were James GREER and Elizabeth Greer; his maternal grandparents were Philemon SAUNDERS and Jemima GREER. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry T., Berry L., EZEKIEL Greer, Lucy, Eliza and Polly. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 71 on July 12th, 1891 in PETTIS COUNTY, MO.-
