Polly was born on October 7th, 1823 in FRANKLIN CO., VA. Polly's father was EZEKIEL (SR) Greer and her mother was Jemima Saunders. Her paternal grandparents were James GREER and Elizabeth Greer; her maternal grandparents were Philemon SAUNDERS and Jemima GREER. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Henry T., Moses, Berry L., EZEKIEL Greer, Lucy and Eliza. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 60 on February 18th, 1884 in HEATH CREEK, MO, PETTIS CO. She was buried in HOPEWELL CEM, MO, HEATH CREEK.-
