Orman Guy Carter 
Orman Guy was born on March 5th, 1914.1 Orman Guy's father was Charles Edward Carter and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Keahey. His maternal grandparents were William A. Byrum Keahey and Isadora McGraw. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Garland Lee, Ben Franklin, Francis Marion, Royal Lester, Gertrude Estelle, Eddie Marie, Doris Lavine and Nettie Marguerite. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 72 on October 25th, 1986 in Germantown, Tennessee. He was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Memphis, Tennessee.1 1 General Notes
