James A. Piper

James A. was born on March 1st, 1833 in IL. James A.'s father was Edward Herndon Piper and his mother was Anna Blackburn. His maternal grandparents were William D. Blackburn and Elizabeth McClanahan. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Orlando F., William Chauncey, John B., Edward Herndon , Jr., Ann Eliza, Margaret Jane and Sarah Elizabeth.
