Sybil was born about 1191 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales and her baptism took place in 1209 in St David's, Pembrokeshire, Wales.  Sybil's father was William The Protector Marshall and her mother was Isabel De Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were John The Marshal Fitzgilbert and Sibilla Sibyl De Salisbury; her maternal grandparents were Richard Strongbow Fitzgilbert Clare and Eve Aoife Macmurrough. She had a brother and four sisters, named Gilbert VII Earl Of Pembroke, Maud, Eve, Isabel and Joane.  She was the oldest of the six children.  She died before 1238 in England.


Sybil's family with William III De Ferrers

‌Sybil and William III De were married in a religious ceremony before May 14th, 1219 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales.  They had four daughters named Isabel De, Agnes De, Joan and Maud Matilda De.
