Maud was born about 1192 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales and her baptism took place in September 1201.  Maud's father was William The Protector Marshall and her mother was Isabel De Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were John The Marshal Fitzgilbert and Sibilla Sibyl De Salisbury; her maternal grandparents were Richard Strongbow Fitzgilbert Clare and Eve Aoife Macmurrough. She had a brother and four sisters, named Gilbert VII Earl Of Pembroke, Sybil, Eve, Isabel and Joane.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died on March 27th, 1248 in England.  She was buried on April 4th, 1248 in Tintern Abbey, Chapel Hill, Monmouthshire, Eng.


Maud's first family with Hugh Bigod

‌Maud and Hugh were married in a religious ceremony about 1207 in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire, Wales.  They had a son and a daughter, named Hugh and Isabel.


Maud's second family with William De Warren

‌Maud and William De were married in a religious ceremony before October 13th, 1225 in 2ND Husband.  They had a son named John De.
