Isabel Elizabeth De was born about 1094 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.  Isabel Elizabeth De's father was Robert I De Beaumont and her mother was Isabel Elizabeth De Vermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Beaumont and Adeliza Adeline De Mellant; her maternal grandparents were Hugh The Great' Crepi and Adelaide De Vermandois. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Robert Bossu The Just De, Waleran Lord De, Eleanor De, Adeline De, Alice Dau Of Robert De and Maud De.  She was the oldest of the seven children. She had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named William De, Reginald De, Ella De, Ada De and Gundred De.  She died in Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, Wales.
