Bernard BURLING
Bernard O. BURLING, 86, of 513 Sixth St., died today at Mercy Hospital.
A native of Ironton and a retired employe of Empire Detroit Steel he was a member of St. Mary's Chatholic Church and the Catholic Order of Foresters.
Surviving are his wife, Clara; five daughters, Mrs. Frances KLINKER of Waverly, Mrs. Ruth STERN, 520 Sixth St., Mrs. Bernadine PATRICK of Oak Ridge, Tenn., Mrs. Gevevieve O'CONNOR, 1708 12th St., and Mrs. Martha BAYLESS of Whiteland, Ind.; 24 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, will burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Melcher Funeral Home, where freinds may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
