Margaret Elizabeth Buerling 
Margaret Elizabeth was born on September 1st, 1878 in Distelrath, Dueren, Rheinprovinz, Prussia.1 Margaret Elizabeth's father was William J. Buerling and her mother was Elizabeth Uhr. Her maternal grandfather was John Uhr. She had eight brothers and a sister, named Bill Jr., Franklin Herman, Charles Frederick, Henry E., Paul E., Bernard Otto, Edward F., Albert J. and Christine. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 89 on August 23rd, 1968 in Portsmouth, Scioto, Ohio, USA. Miss Margaret BURLING
Miss Margaret Elizabeth BURLING, 89, of 1214 Franklin Ave., was dead on arrival at 8 a.m. today at Mercy Hospital.
Miss BURLING was born Sept. 1, 1888, in Germany and came to the Portsmouth area four years later. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church and its Altar and Rosary Society.
Survivors include two brothers, Henry BURLING of the Franklin Ave. address, and Bernard BURLING, 518 Sixth St., and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are to be held Monday at 9 a.m. at Holy Redeemer Church, with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of Melcher Funeral Home.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Recitation of the rosary is to be held Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
