Arientje Nevius

Arientje was born in 1698 in Flatlands, Kings, New York, United States. Arientje's father was Pieter (Peter) Nevius (Nefus) and her mother was Janetje (Jonica) Roelofse Schenck. Her paternal grandparents were Joannes NEVIUS and Adriaentje BLEIJCK; her maternal grandparents were Roelof Martinse Schenck and Neeltje Gerretse Van Couwenhoven. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Johannes, Roeloff, Cornelis, Martinis (Martin), Pieter, David, Johannes, Aeltje, Aaltie, Neeltje and Adriantje. She was the fourth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 1 in 1699 in Flatlands, Kings, NY.
