David NEVIUS 
David was born in April 1702 in Flatlands, Kings, New York, United States and his baptism took place on May 14th, 1702 in , Brooklyn, Kings, NY. David's father was Pieter (Peter) Nevius (Nefus) and his mother was Janetje (Jonica) Roelofse Schenck. His paternal grandparents were Joannes NEVIUS and Adriaentje BLEIJCK; his maternal grandparents were Roelof Martinse Schenck and Neeltje Gerretse Van Couwenhoven. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Johannes, Roeloff, Cornelis, Martinis (Martin), Pieter, Johannes, Aeltje, Aaltie, Neeltje, Arientje and Adriantje. He was the second youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 73 on October 19th, 1775 in Middlebush, Somerset, NJ.General Notes
