Philip III "The Bold" was born on April 30th, 1245 in Poissy, France.  Philip III "The Bold"'s father was St. Louis IX Capet and his mother was Marguerite Bâerenger.  His paternal grandparents were Louis VIII "The Lion" Capet and Blanche of Castile; his maternal grandparents were Raymond Bâerenger and Bâeatrice de Savoie. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, Peter, Robert, Isabella, Blanche, Marguerite and Agnès.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 40 on October 5th, 1285 in Perpignan, Toulouse, France.

‌Philip III "The Bold" and Marie of were married in a religious ceremony on August 21st, 1274.  They had a son and a daughter, named Comte D'Evereaux and Marguerite Capet.


Philip III "The Bold"'s second family with Isabella of Aragón

They had four sons named Prince of France, Phillip IV "The Fair", Prince of France and Charles III.
