Ada was born about 1104.  Ada's father was William II deWarren Earl of Surrey and her mother was Lady Isabel deVermandois.  Her paternal grandparents were William de Warren and Gundred; her maternal grandparents were Hugh Magnus Capet of France & Burgundy and Adelheid deVermandois Countess of Vermandois. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William, Gundred Adelaide and Isabel.  She died in 1178.
