Henry IV Plantagenet King of England 
Henry IV Plantagenet was born on May 30th, 1366 in Bolingbrooke Castle, Lincolnshire. Henry IV Plantagenet's father was John of Gaunt Plantagenet Duke of Lancaster and his mother was Blanche Plantagenet of Lancaster. His paternal grandparents were Edward III Plantagenet King of England and Phillipa de Hainault; his maternal grandfather was Henry de Grosment Plantagenet Duke of. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Edward, John, Philippa, Isabel and Elizabeth. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named John, Henry, Thomas de Beaufort, John de Beaufort, Blanche, Katherine de Lancaster and Joan de Beaufort. He died in Westminster Abbey, London, England.Death Notes
Died of a disease resembling leprosy.

REF: British Monarchy Official Website: Henry IV (reigned 1399-1413) spent much of the early part of his reign fighting to keep control of his lands. In Wales, Owen Glendower led a revolt against the English, and in 1403 Henry's
supporters, the Percys of Northumberland, turned against him - the Percys and the Welsh were defeated by Henry at the Battle of Shrewsbury. This was followed by the execution of rebels at York (including the archbishop in 1405) and by 1408 Henry had gained control of the country. Dogged by illness from 1408 onwards, his son played a greater role in government (even opposing
the king at times). Henry died exhausted in 1413.

When Henry IV married Lady Mary de Bohun, he was only Earl of Derby. He
was not King, nor was he even heir to the throne. His cousin Richard II was king, with the heirs of Philippa of Clarence coming between Henry of Derby and the throne. Therefore it was perfectly acceptable for an Earl to marry Lady Mary de Bohun, considering that she and her sister were joint heiresses to considerable wealth.
