Henry III Plantagenet was born on October 1st, 1207 in Winchester Castle, Hampshire, England.  Henry III Plantagenet's father was John Lackland Plantagenet King of England and his mother was Isabella Taillefer de AngoulIme.  His paternal grandparents were Henry II Plantagenet de Anjou King of England and Eleanor de Aquitaine Dss de Aquitaine; his maternal grandparents were Aymer Taillefer de Valence Ct de AngoulIme and Alice de Courtenay. He had a brother and three sisters, named Richard of Cornwall, Joan, Isabella and Eleanor. He had fifteen half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named Oliver, Richard FitzJohn of Dover, Richard, Geoffrey, Sir John FitzJohn, Odo (Eudo), Ivo, Henry, Osbert, Hugh de Lusignan, Guy de Lusignan, Geoffrey le Brun, Sir William de Valence, Aymer Ademar de Valence, Henri de la Marche, Isabella, Joanna, Matilda, Alice, Isabella, Marguerite, Agnes and Isabella.  He died at the age of 65 on November 16th, 1272 in Westminster Palace, London, England.

‌Henry III Plantagenet and Eleanor were married in a religious ceremony in Canterbury Cathedral, Kent, England.  They had six sons and three daughters, named Edward I Longshanks, Richard, John, William, Henry, Edmund Crouchback, Margaret, Beatrice and Katherine.
