Nancy Ann Gordon 
Nancy Ann was born on May 28th, 1774 in , Halifax, North Carolina. Nancy Ann's father was John Gordon and her mother was Anna Haynes. Her paternal grandfather was John Gordon; her maternal grandparents were Francis Bythell Haynes and Anne Bell. She had six brothers and five sisters, named John, James, Thomas, William, Joseph, George Haynes, Mary Margaret, Elizabeth, Lucy, Elizabeth and Sarah. She was the oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 70 in 1844 in , Smith, Tennessee.-
