Frederick was born in 1885.  Frederick's father was John (Urn) Urwin Howson and his mother was Caroline George.  His paternal grandparents were Robert (Spinaway) Howson and Jane Ann Urwin. He had four brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Robert, John, Harold, Arthur, Elsie and <Unknown>.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 61 on August 6th, 1946.
