William II Longespee (Earl of Salisbury) 
William II was born in 1212. William II's father was William Longespee (3rd Earl Of Salisbury) and his mother was Ela FitzPatrick (3rd C. of Salisbury). His paternal grandparents were Henry II “Curmantle” (King of England) and Ida de Tosny (later m. Roger Bigod). He had two sisters named Ela and Ida. He was the youngest of the three known children. He died at the age of 38 on February 8th, 1250.General Notes
