Christian_X was born on September 26th, 1870 in Charlottenlund,Nr: Copenhagen,Denmark.  Christian_X's father was Frederick_VIII and his mother was Louise of_Sweden.  His paternal grandparents were Christian_IX and Louise of_Hesse-Cassel; his maternal grandparents were Charles_XV and Louise.  He was the oldest of eight children.  He had three brothers and four sisters, named Charles Haakon_VII, Harold, Gustav, Louise, Ingeborg of_Denmark, Thyra and Dagmar.  He died at the age of 76 on April 20th, 1947 in Amalienborg.  His burial was in Roskilde,Denmark.
