Elizabeth was born in May 1762.  Elizabeth's father was Martin Skewes and her mother was Mary Polkinghorne.  Her paternal grandparents were Martin Skewes and Mary Coad; her maternal grandparents are Joseph Polkinghorne and <Unknown>. She had five brothers and a sister, named Martin, John, Thomas, Peter, John and Elizabeth.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at 1 months old on June 13th, 1762.
