Cornelia was born on August 12th, 1824 in IJsselstein.1  Cornelia's father was Cornelis Otterspoor and her mother is Catharina Hazelaar.  Her paternal grandparents were Johannes Pieterszn Otterspoor and Willemijntje van Rooyen; her maternal grandparents were N.N. N.N. and Tonia Hazelaar. She had a brother and two sisters, named Barent Dirkje, Kaatje and Antonia.  She was the youngest of the four children. She had five half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Jan, Pieter, Pieter, Cornelis, Sander, Willemijntje, Willemijntje, Pietertje and Sannetje.  She died at the age of 7 on February 17th, 1832 in IJsselstein.1
