Christina was born on August 12th, 1759 in Nootdorp and her baptism took place there on August 12th, 1759.1   Her godmother was Trijntje Jobje de Heij. Christina's father was Justus van der Meer and her mother was Geertje Jacobsdr Hogervorst.  Her paternal grandparents are Arij Joostzn van der Meer and Cornelia  Ariens dr Rotteveen; her maternal grandfather was Jacob Jacobszn Hogervorst and her maternal grandmother is Neeltje Claesdr van den Bosch. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Jacobus, Jacobus, Kornelia, Neeltje, Marij, Maria and Ariaantje.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 58 on December 27th, 1817 in Delft.1
