Allen Fisk

Allen was born on August 27th, 1955. Allen's father is Frances (Blondie) Mary Fisk and his mother was Hebert Alan Butterworth. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Wilson Fisk and Florence Dorothea Knowles; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had a brother named Phillip. He was the older of the two children. He died due to a medical problem, Lou Gehrig's Disease, at the age of 56 on May 28th, 2012.
