Ann Susannah Turvey

Ann was born on April 4th, 1824 in London and her christening took place on August 1st, 1824 in Saint Dionis Backchurch, London.¹ Ann's father was Joseph Turvey and her mother was Ann Kennington. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Turvey and Ann Willson; her maternal grandparents were John Kenington and Mary . She had four brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Joseph, John, William, Sarah, Elizabeth, Eliza and Fanny. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 44 in June 1868 in Shoreditch, Middlesex.²
