Esther was born in 1749 in Oakley, Hampshire and her christening took place there on April 9th, 1749.1 2   Esther's father was William Oliver and her mother was Mary. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William, John, James, Thomas, Mary, Elizabeth, Hannah and Dinah.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.  She died on April 25th, 1749 in Oakley, Hampshire.2
