Violet Catherine Hayes

Violet was born on March 15th, 1903. Violet's father was Frederick William Hayes and her mother was Catherine Denhey Houghton. Her paternal grandparents were James Thomas Hayes and Elizabeth Penn. She had thirteen brothers and three sisters, named William, Joseph, Arthur, Sidney, Stillborn, Samuel, Reuban, Robert, Stillborn, Ernest, John, Harold, Leslie, Deney, Lilian and Mabel. She was the fourth youngest of the seventeen children. She died at the age of 67 in 1970.
