Robert George Hayes

Robert was born in March 1894. Robert's father was Frederick William Hayes and his mother was Catherine Denhey Houghton. His paternal grandparents were James Thomas Hayes and Elizabeth Penn. He had twelve brothers and four sisters, named William, Joseph, Arthur, Sidney, Stillborn, Samuel, Reuban, Stillborn, Ernest, John, Harold, Leslie, Deney, Lilian, Violet and Mabel. He was the eighth oldest of the seventeen children. He died at the age of 1 in March 1895.
