Ethel Hall

Ethel was born on June 27th, 1886 in Spaldington, Howden, Yorkshire.¹ Ethel's father was William Fairweather Hall and her mother was Ann Ellen Laverack. Her paternal grandparents were John Hall and Jane Ann Brown; her maternal grandparents were John Laverack and Mary Adamson. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, George, Wilson, Annie, Eva and Wilfrid. She was the third youngest of the seven children.
