    Claud, died 5th November 1860, aged 29 years;
    Janet, widow of Robert Taylor, died 27th August 1872, aged 43 years;
    Archibald, died 11th September 1900, aged 73 years;
    Edward, died 26th January 1901, aged 67 years;
    James, died at Nymagee, New South Wales, 27th November 1906, aged 73 years;
    and of Hugh Thomson, died 11th January 1915, aged 70 years.
    Also his wife CECILIA PURDIE THORNTON died 23rd December 1925, aged 81 years; and their niece NELLIE THOMSON THORNTON died 1st February 1938 aged 62 years.
