Bryce's father was Bryce Wright and his mother was Jean Turner.  His maternal grandparents were Peter Turner Sr. and Mary Russell. He had five brothers and a sister, named Robert, Peter, William, John, James and Mary.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 70 on April 10th, 1928 in Victoria, B.C..  He was buried in Victoria, B.C..^3 4
