Papers relating to sheriff court case between Peter Turner, farmer, and Grangemouth Coal Co over alleged debt owed to Turner as a result of the Coal Co's alleged use of ground at Harthill, Shotts leased by Turner. Includes copy Conditions of Lease of ironstone and parrot or gas coal in part of the lands of Harthill and Westcraigs,Torphichen, between Charles H Craigie Inglis (of whom Turner was a tenant) and the Grangemouth Coal Co. Also includes notes and remarkson the claims of the Grangemouth Coal Co against Inglis relating to the lease between them.
