Mary Robertson

Mary was born in 1815 in Newton-on-Ayr.¹²

- 46 in 1861, 65 in 1881 - if correct, would have been born between 4-apr-1815 and 8-apr 1815

Mary's father was William Robertson and her mother was Elspeth Thomson. Her paternal grandparents were George Robertson and Mary Cochran; her maternal grandparents were Robert Thomson and Janet Shipherd. She had five brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, George, James, William, Agnes and Janet. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 72 on September 27th, 1887 in Kilmarnock.³
