Margaret Tulloch

Margaret was born on July 17th, 1704 in Dunfermline and her baptism took place there on July 17th, 1704.¹

  • although a Margaret Tilloch was born in 1695, she must have been a sister, as otherwise he oldest child would have been born when she was 52 (instead of 43, in the case of Marjory/Margaret)

Margaret's father was Andrew Tulloch and her mother was Helen Hadston.  Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Tulloch and Margaret Hastie; her maternal grandparents were John Hadston and Isobel Pringle. She had three brothers and two sisters, named David, John, Adam, Margaret and Tulloch.  She was the second youngest of the six children.
