Catherine Robertson

Catherine was born in 1848 in St. Quivox.¹² Catherine's father was George Robertson and her mother was Martha Carlton McGloughlane. Her paternal grandparents were William Robertson and Elspeth Thomson. She had two brothers and eight sisters, named William, John, Margaret, Martha, Mary, Agnes, Euphemia, Jane, Charlotte and Minnie. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 56 in 1904 in Ayr. She was buried in Ayr.³⁴⁴
