Janet McLatchie

Janet was born on December 27th, 1772 in Old Cumnock and her baptism took place there on January 3rd, 1773.¹

Janet's father was John McLatchie and her mother was Janet Crawford. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Hugh, John, Robert, Marjory, Mary, Agnes and Margaret.  She was the second oldest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers named Hugh, Hugh, William and William.  She died before July 23rd, 1855.²
