Mary McDonald 
Mary was born in 1849 in Kilmarnock.1 2 Mary's father was Charles McDonald and her mother was Janet McNidder Robertson. Her maternal grandparents were William Robertson and Elspeth Thomson. She had two brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John, William, Elisabeth, Euphemia, Elisabeth, Agnes and McDonald. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 89 in 1938 in Ayr.- Death Notes
