Jane Burns Hunter

Jane was born on April 4th, 1851 in Uphall and her baptism took place there on May 18th, 1851.

Jane's father was Andrew Thomson Hunter and her mother was Isabella Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were David Hunter and Alison Thomson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named David, John, Mason, Andrew, Annie, Alice, Grace and Isabella. She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
