Ann (Annie) MacDonald Hunter

Ann, known as Annie, was born on August 22nd, 1843 in Uphall and her baptism took place there on September 28th, 1843.¹²

Annie's father was Andrew Thomson Hunter and her mother was Isabella Anderson. Her paternal grandparents were David Hunter and Alison Thomson. She had four brothers and four sisters, named David, John, Mason, Andrew, Alice, Jane, Grace and Isabella. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 85 in 1928 in Edinburgh.
