Jessie Dobie

Jessie was born in November 1841 in Linlithgow.¹   Jessie's father was Alexander Dobie and her mother was Margaret Henderson.  Her maternal grandparents were Archibald Henderson and Jean Brash. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, Archibald, Robert, David, Henry, Thomas, Agnes, Helen, Jane, Margaret, Janet and Jessie.  She was the third youngest of the thirteen children.  She died at 5 months old on April 2nd, 1842.  She was buried in Linlithgow.^1 1
