Helen Henderson Dobie

Helen was born in 1828 in Linlithgow.¹   Helen's father was Alexander Dobie and her mother was Margaret Henderson.  Her maternal grandparents were Archibald Henderson and Jean Brash. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Alexander, Archibald, Robert, David, Henry, Thomas, Agnes, Jane, Margaret, Jessie, Janet and Jessie.  She was the third oldest of the thirteen children.  She died at the age of 81 in 1909 in Edinburgh.
