Fountain Tankersley

Fountain was born in 1823. Fountain's father was George Tankersley and his mother was Ann Chasteen Chastain. His paternal grandparents were Richard Tankersley and Mary Hilton. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas T, John, Mary and Margaret. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 56 in 1879.
