James Fountain

James was born in 1686 in Barnstaple, Devonshire, ENG. James' father was Rev James Jacques Fountain and his mother was Anne Elizabeth Boursiquot. His paternal grandparents were Rev James Jacques De La Fontaine Fountain Pastor of Vaux and Royan and Marie Chaillon; his maternal grandparents were Aaron Boursiquot and Jeanne Guillot. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Aaron, Peter, John, Moses, Frances, Mary Ann and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 59 in October 1745 in Northumberland County, VA.
